HOUSE CLEANER

CARE PROVIDER-HOMEMAKER

Part Time

 Week one

 Monday 1:30pm till 9pm

Friday 8am till 4pm.

Week Two

Friday 8am till 4pm.

Saturday 7:30 till 1:30pm

Sunday 1:30pm to 9pm

Other Hours as needed.

We are looking for a dependable, caring, professional person that enjoys helping Seniors. The right person will be able to handle multiple tasks from cooking, activities, housekeeping, to assisting and caring for our Senior Residents. This individual should be able to work independently, manage time efficiently, supervise other employees, and have a friendly-caring personality.  This person would be responsible for cleaning main areas of the home. These areas include Sun Porch, Dining Rooms, Den. Halls, Office, Living Room.  If you have experience serving people (such as waiting tables), running a home, and enjoys seniors, this job is for you.   

The ideal candidate would be flexible with their time as to be able to cover for full time staff.

OVERNIGHT POSITION

Mature person needed to spend overnights.  This position is primarily a down time job allowing for overnight rest. This position requires the person to be available to assist the residents if needed during the night.  This is a great job for a retired person or one wanting to supplement other income.  Job pays a flat rate per night plus hourly if required to assisted residents. 2 or 3 nights per week, 9 PM to 7:30 AM. 

Varied between Tuesday and Saturday

Person will be working alone.

Must be at least 21 year old and have a HS diploma or GED. We are willing to train the right applicant.

State regulations require above positions to be 21 years old, have a High School Diploma or GED. 

JANITOR – MAINTAINCE PERSON

The ideal person should be able to handle minor repairs,(repair toilets, faucets, sinks) be experienced in painting, able to move furniture, climb a ladder, lift 40lb, run a pressure washer and enjoy working with seniors. Responsibilities include, cleaning all exterior areas of the home including decks, porches, company vehicles, walks, light fixtures and windows. Handle snow removal, watering of plants, all interior painting, exterior paint touch up, and minor repairs as needed. Interior responsibilities would include cleaning carpets, and maintaining all storage areas. Ideal job for someone that lives close and is interested in working 1 or 2 hrs every other day and is able to respond when something needs repaired. More hours when working on projects such as painting.  Approximately 4-6+ hours per week.
